My items arrived in perfect condition, well packed, and as advertised. Shipping lagged a little, but that appears to be the sign of the times...
Ship'n could've been faster. I know once it leaves ur warehouse u have no control over that but I believe get'n it out of ur warehouse faster could've made all the difference.

The auto-order feature is so helpful and keeps us from getting low on supplies.
Ordering online became very difficult, I had serious problems navigating the web site. Difficulty vanished however when I went to the chat line. The chat line person placed my order for me, including my discount offer, and I received my medications within a few days. She is to be highly commended, as is Healthwarehouse for the good medications and the most reasonable of prices!
I found this site very easy to use and understand. I am overwhelmed by the number of items we are able to purchase. I have already signed up for a monthly refill. Thank You, Diane James
